Mirador Terms of Service
Effective date: July 29, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and [ENTITY] ("Mirador," "we," "us") governing your use of the Mirador service — calendar unification and mirroring, scheduling and booking pages, and the Mira AI assistant. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Mirador on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization, and "you" includes it.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials and API keys confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Workspaces have roles (owner, admin, member); owners and admins control membership, settings, and — on enterprise workspaces — single sign-on. If your workspace uses SSO, your organization's identity provider controls your access, and your organization's administrators may gain or revoke your access to the workspace.
2. The service
Mirador is under active development (pre-1.0). Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality. Current capabilities and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy. We don't currently promise any particular availability or support response time (no SLA).
3. Your content and permissions
You retain all rights to your calendars, email, and other content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to access the third-party accounts you connect (within the OAuth scopes you approve), to sync, store, and display your content to you and your workspace per its roles, and to process content through our AI providers to deliver the features you use (see Privacy Policy §3 — your data is not used to train AI models). This license ends when the content or account is deleted.
Third-party accounts. Google's and Microsoft's own terms govern your accounts with them. You can revoke Mirador's access at any time from their security settings or by disconnecting in Mirador.
Booking pages. Booking pages you enable are public. You're responsible for what your page exposes (host names, meeting types, free/busy availability) and for how you use information bookers submit to you.
4. AI features
Mira's output — triage labels, briefs, drafts, suggested actions — is generated by AI and may be wrong. Review AI output before relying on it or sending it; email drafts are only sent after your explicit confirmation. Assistant actions are recorded in the activity log; some (like sending an email or deleting an event) cannot be undone. You are responsible for actions you confirm.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: use the service to break the law or violate others' rights; send spam, deceptive, or harassing messages (including via drafted email or booking flows); abuse public booking pages (automated mass submissions, fake bookings, scraping); probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or access controls, including accessing another workspace's data; resell the service without our agreement; or use the service to build a competing product from non-public features. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with notice where practicable.
6. Plans and billing
Personal use is currently free. Team and enterprise plans exist with per-seat pricing shown in the product; online payment is not yet live — where billing applies it is arranged directly with us. When online billing launches, prices, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at checkout and payments handled by a payment processor; card details will not be stored by us. Prices may change with notice effective from your next billing period.
7. API access
Workspace API (MCP) keys let external tools you choose read your calendars and manage events the assistant created, subject to per-key permissions and the workspace's enablement switch. Keys are bearer credentials: protect them, and revoke them in Settings if exposed. We may throttle or revoke keys that endanger the service.
8. Termination and data
You can stop using Mirador anytime: export your data, delete workspaces you own, and delete your account — all self-serve (Privacy Policy §7). We may suspend or terminate for material violation of these Terms, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, giving you an opportunity to export. Sections that by nature survive (3's restrictions, 9–11) survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE. SYNCED COPIES OF YOUR DATA MAY BE AFFECTED BY YOUR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS' BEHAVIOR.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD OR US $100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
If you use the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, you'll defend and indemnify [ENTITY] against third-party claims arising from that use.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, except where your local law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the service.
